This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store, protect and disclose your personal information when you use Self-KSA APP (hereinafter referred to as "the APP") downloaded and installed from Google Play. This Policy complies with Google Play's Privacy Policy requirements, relevant data protection laws and regulations of all countries/regions, and the latest Google Play sensitive data access and permission management rules effective in 2026. By using the APP, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. We reserve the right to update this Policy in accordance with Google's policy updates and legal requirements, and will notify you of the updated content through in-APP pop-ups, announcements and other reasonable means. Your continued use of the APP after the update shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.

1. Types of Personal Information We Collect

We adhere to the principle of minimum necessity required by Google Play, and only collect personal information necessary to realize the core functions of the APP (MBTI test, personality analysis, life recording, community interaction). We will not request sensitive permissions unrelated to the core functions, nor collect unnecessary user data. The collected information is divided into mandatory core information and voluntary extended information, and the collection of all information is based on your explicit consent.

1.1 Mandatory Core Information (Without which the core functions cannot be used)

Account Registration and Login Information: When you log in via Google Account (the only official login method of the APP), we will obtain your public information of Google Account authorized by you, including nickname, avatar and registered email address (only used for account binding and identity verification).
MBTI Test and Analysis Data: Your answers to the MBTI test questions and the automatically generated personality analysis report data (only used for providing test results and optimizing the APP's test question bank algorithm).
Basic Device Information: Device model, Android system version, and unique device identifier (in accordance with Google's 2026 privacy sandbox rules, no longer collect permanent device identifiers such as Android ID) — only used to ensure the normal operation of the APP and adapt to the device system.
APP Usage Logs: Login time, function usage records, and page access traces (only used to analyze user experience and optimize APP functional services).

1.2 Voluntary Extended Information (You can refuse to provide without affecting the use of core functions)

You can independently choose to provide the following information to use the extended functions of the APP, and you can close the relevant permissions and delete the corresponding information at any time in the APP settings and mobile phone system settings:

Life Recording Content: Text, pictures and other information actively uploaded by you for personal life recording (only stored in your account and used for your personal viewing and management).
Community Interaction Information: Nickname, avatar and published comments/topics when you use the community interaction function (only used for the display of community content and user mutual interaction).
Feedback Information: The text, pictures and other information you actively submit when giving feedback on the APP's functions and experience (only used to solve your problems and optimize the APP).

2. Purposes and Methods of Using Personal Information

We strictly abide by Google Play's data use consent principle, and all collected personal information is only used for the following purposes agreed by you. Without your explicit additional consent, we will not use your personal information for any other unstated purposes, nor will we use the information collected for specific purposes for other purposes.

Provide and maintain the normal operation of the APP's core services, including MBTI test and analysis, account login and management, life recording and storage, community interaction, etc.
Optimize the APP's products and services, including analyzing user usage habits, optimizing the MBTI test question bank and algorithm, improving page interaction and functional experience, and repairing system bugs.
Respond to your inquiries and feedback, solve the problems you encounter in the use of the APP, and provide technical support and customer service.
Ensure the security of the APP and your account, including identifying and preventing account theft, fraud, malicious attacks and other security risks, and complying with Google Play's security protection rules.
Realize the personalized experience of the APP within the scope of your consent, such as pushing personality-related topic content according to your MBTI test results (you can close the personalized push function at any time in the APP settings).

3. Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

In accordance with Google Play's 2026 sensitive data management policy, we will never sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes, and will never share your personal information for the purpose of facilitating sales. Without your explicit consent, we will not transfer your personal information to any third party. Under the following special circumstances, we may share your personal information with relevant third parties in accordance with laws and regulations and Google's relevant rules, and will require the third party to take strict confidentiality measures to protect your personal information:

Comply with legal requirements: Disclose personal information when required by laws, regulations, judicial decisions, administrative orders or other legal procedures.
Protect legitimate rights and interests: Disclose personal information when it is necessary to protect the personal and property safety of you, other users or the public, and to prevent illegal and criminal acts (such as investigating account theft and fraud).
Cooperate with Google's relevant requirements: Provide the necessary information in accordance with Google Play's privacy policy, service terms and security audit rules (Google will also be bound by relevant privacy protection laws and regulations).
Cooperate with authorized third-party service providers: We may entrust qualified third-party service providers to provide technical support, server storage, data backup and other services (such as cloud server providers). 4.1 Storage Location

Your personal information will be stored on the compliant servers of us and our authorized third-party service providers. The storage location may be in your country/region or overseas (in accordance with the cross-border data transfer rules of the relevant country/region and Google Play's data storage requirements). We will require the overseas storage service provider to take equivalent privacy protection measures to ensure the security of your personal information.

4.2 Storage Period

We will only store your personal information for the minimum period necessary to realize the purpose of use and comply with the relevant legal requirements:

Your account information and MBTI test data will be stored for as long as your account is valid. If you cancel your account, we will delete the relevant information in accordance with Article 6 of this Policy.
Your life recording content, community interaction information and feedback information will be stored according to your own settings (you can delete it at any time by yourself), and if not deleted by you, it will be stored until your account is cancelled.
The APP usage logs and device basic information will be stored for 6 months after the last use of the APP by you, and will be automatically deleted or anonymized after the expiration.
In accordance with legal requirements, the relevant information that needs to be retained for a certain period of time (such as transaction records of paid services) will be retained for the statutory period.

4.3 Storage Security

We have adopted the industry mature security protection measures required by Google Play to ensure the security of your personal information and prevent information leakage, loss, tampering and unauthorized access:

Technical protection: Adopt encrypted transmission (HTTPS), data encryption storage, access control, regular data backup and other technical measures; comply with Google's privacy sandbox rules, and use the authorized API to access data without bypassing Android's privacy control.
Management protection: Establish a strict data access permission system, only authorize the relevant staff to access the personal information necessary for their work, and conduct confidentiality training and assessment for the staff regularly.
System security: Regularly detect and repair the APP's system vulnerabilities, prevent malicious attacks such as computer viruses and phishing, and ensure the normal operation of the data storage system.
Comply with Google's security requirements: Follow Google Play's latest restricted permission management rules, never manipulate users to grant sensitive permissions, and respect users' choices of refusing permission requests.

5. Processing of Minors' Personal Information

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information, and comply with the relevant laws and regulations on the protection of minors' personal information and Google Play's age-appropriate experience rules. The APP is not intended for minors under the age of 13, and we will not intentionally collect the personal information of minors under the age of 13. If a minor under the age of 13 uses the APP with the consent of a legal guardian, the legal guardian shall be responsible for supervising the minor's use of the APP and the disclosure of personal information. If we find that we have collected the personal information of a minor under the age of 13 without the consent of the legal guardian, we will immediately delete the relevant information.

6. Your Rights to Manage Personal Information

In accordance with Google Play's privacy requirements and relevant data protection laws and regulations, you have the right to manage your personal information in the APP and mobile phone system settings at any time, including viewing, editing, deleting and withdrawing consent. We will provide you with simple and easy-to-operate channels for managing personal information, and will not set unreasonable obstacles for you to exercise your rights. Your specific rights are as follows:

Right to view: You can view your account information, MBTI test reports, life recording content, community interaction information and other personal data at any time in the "My" page of the APP.
Right to edit and modify: You can edit your account nickname, avatar and other basic information in the APP's account settings (the Google Account bound to the account can be modified in the Google system settings).
Right to delete: You can delete your life recording content, community published content and feedback records at any time in the corresponding functional pages of the APP; you can delete the relevant personal information by closing the corresponding permissions in the mobile phone system settings (such as storage, photo permissions).
Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your personal information at any time by closing the relevant permissions in the mobile phone system settings (such as Google Account authorization, storage permissions); withdrawing consent will not affect the validity of the personal information processing conducted on the basis of your prior consent.
Right to cancel account: You can apply for account cancellation through the "Account Cancellation" entry in the APP's settings page. After the account is cancelled, we will delete all your personal information within the time limit prescribed by laws and regulations, or conduct anonymization processing (the anonymized data cannot identify you), and will no longer use your personal information for providing services.
Right to stop personalized push: You can close the personalized push function at any time in the APP's settings page, and we will stop pushing personalized content according to your usage habits and MBTI test results.

7. Third-Party SDK and Services

In order to realize the partial functions of the APP, we may integrate the authorized and compliant third-party SDK in accordance with Google Play's rules. These third-party SDKs may collect your necessary personal information within the scope of your consent. We have reviewed the privacy policies of these third-party SDKs, and require them to comply with the relevant privacy protection laws and regulations and Google's relevant rules, and take strict confidentiality measures to protect your personal information. The third-party SDKs currently integrated by the APP are only for the realization of core functions, and no irrelevant SDKs are integrated:

Google Account SDK: Used for account login and identity verification, only collect the public information of your Google Account authorized by you, and comply with Google's account privacy protection rules.
Google Play Billing SDK: Used for the payment of the APP's paid value-added services, collect the necessary transaction information (such as order number, transaction amount) only for the purpose of completing the payment, and never collect your bank card, password and other sensitive payment information (the payment information is directly processed by Google Play).

8. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with the latest requirements of Google Play's privacy policy (including the 2026 sensitive data access, permission management and developer verification rules), the revision of relevant data protection laws and regulations, and the adjustment of the APP's functions and services. The updated Privacy Policy will clearly mark the effective date, and we will notify you of the updated content through in-APP pop-ups, announcement pages and other reasonable and eye-catching means. If you continue to use the APP after the release of the updated Privacy Policy, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you should stop using the APP immediately.
